About the Owner, Josiah Sims

It all started when Josiah was 9 years old. His father rented a Cat 977L to clear the property for their new home, and he let Josiah drive the machine. After a few days, Josiah was doing all of the finish grading for their home, and he was in love.

Over the years he has had the opportunity to manage a landscaping crew and build transit buses as a welder/fabricator. He’s built home additions and remodeled houses, installed landscaping, concrete, and fences, and completed excavation projects.

Josiah is committed to building a business that allows him to serve others through excellent and consistent service. He enjoys showing up for his clients, exceeding expectations, and delivering results with a finished product that his clients can be proud of.
